  • Colin Indermaur, a Swiss travel filmmaker and remote creative, is seen capturing footage at the sacred Monkey Forest in Ubud, Bali. Once inspired by YouTube videos of travel creators during his apprenticeship, Colin dreamed of creating a life filled with freedom, creativity, and purpose. Years later, that dream became reality. Now, he stands behind the camera—living the very life that once moved him. The text on the image reads, “What once moved me, now moves through me,” symbolizing his transformation from being inspired to becoming the one who inspires. Through cinematic storytelling and meaningful content, Colin aims to spark that same fire in others—to show what’s possible and be a reminder that even small moments of inspiration can change the course of a life. His journey is not just about travel, but about becoming—and helping others believe they can too.

A few years ago, I was sitting behind a desk in my apprenticeship. During that time, I was watching travel videographers capturing the world on YouTube.

I remember feeling something shift inside me. I didn’t just want to watch their stories - I wanted to create my own. That was the spark. Fast forward to now - I’m working as a Creative Director, filming stories across the world, building brands, and helping people turn their ideas into something meaningful. But honestly? The biggest purpose I see in myself... Is to be that spark for someone else. I want to inspire - change people's lives as others did mine. Because the right story, seen at the right time - can change everything. So if you’re reading this and you’re still sitting behind that screen, just know this: I was you. And now I’m here. Inspiring others starts with daring to live differently.
