You grow when others start learning from you.
The past few weeks have felt like a shift.
We’ve brought new people onto our team - including a junior video editor.
And for the first time, I’m the one onboarding, guiding, and mentoring.
A few years ago, during my apprenticeship,
I remember looking up to people who had everything figured out.
The ones who explained, reviewed, and guided me through things I didn’t understand yet.
Back then, it felt soo far away, being the one on the other side of that story.
It’s strange how quickly roles can change.
You go from asking questions to answering them.
From learning the system to building one that others now learn from.
I’m realizing leadership isn’t about control -
it’s about transfer.
Sharing your process, your mindset, and your mistakes
so someone else can find their own path through it.
And maybe that’s the most fulfilling part of growth -
watching others start where you once began.
And working with nice people makes this process even more meaningful.
